A/L Sinna was born and raised in a small family on 31st December
1948
with
2 sisters in Bahau,Negeri Sembilan.
The
youngest child in the family and now 68 years old.
Educational Background
He
received his primary education at Sekolah Kebangsaan Jubili Intan, Renggam
Johor. Secondary education at Sekolah Tinggi Segamat, Johor.
After
Sijil Pelajaran Malaysia (SPM) on 1967,
he pursuing his Bachelor Degree in Teaching English as Second Language (TESL)
at Universiti Pertanian Malaysia (now Universiti Putra Malaysia) on 1985 until
1989 for three and a half years.
Employment
Dedicated
to the teaching profession after Sijil Pelajaran Malaysia (SPM) on 1967.
He
served as a temporary teacher in various schools before attending the Teachers
Training Course at Maktab Perguruan Sultan Idris, Tanjung Malim, before
pursuing his Bachelor Degree in TESL at Universiti Pertanian Malaysia on 1985.
Served
in Sekolah Menengah Laksamana Kota Tinggi,Johor after completed his Bachelor
Degree before being posted as a lecturer in Maktab Perguruan Temenggong Ibrahim,Johor
(currently known as Institut Perguruan
Temenggong Ibrahim) on 1989 until 2004. Then, he started his service at
Institut Sains dan Teknologi Darul Takzim on 30th April 2008.
Contribution and
Achievement
During
his tenure as a teacher, he had involved in many NGO societies and was awarded the
Pingat Ibrahim Sultan Award in 1984 by the Late His Highness Sultan Iskandar Al-Haj Ibni
Almarhum Sultan Sir Ismail Al-Khalidi.
